Do you have a retail storefront?
- No, we do not have a retail storefront. For now you can purchase our hats only " online " through " Our Store " pages and on craft shows. So no pick up, delivery only.
Do you have a shipment discount if I order more than one hat?
- Yes we do have a shipment discount. If you would like to purchase more than 1 item at once please contact us. We do not want to charge shipment for each item separatelly. It means if you order up to 3 hats we are going to charge you shipment only for one hat. In that case payment will be taken through PayPal E-mail Payment invoice, NOT through " Our online store " .
Do you have a wholesale discount?
- Yes we do have a wholesale discount. If you would like to purchase more than 7 items at once (7 is minimum requirement) please contact us. We are very interested in supplying to more retailers in Canada, as we already have some regular buyers in Ontario.
Do you take custom orders?
- This depends on what you need, time and materials allowing. It is required at least a 50% deposit in advance before we can start your order. We can usually make a hat in a larger or smaller size in a similar fabric and color. Please note that most one-of-a-kind items cannot be exactly duplicated.
How do you keep prices affordable?
- We don't have a catalog, this is our only catalog and we work from our home studio, therefore no expensive overhead. We actively look for the best quality materials for the best possible prices, and sell hats direct to the public; there is no distributor. That is how we are able to offer unique items at such affordable prices.
Do you have " Backorders " ?
- No. If an order has been placed through the shopping cart before the in-stock quantity has been updated as " temporarily out of stock " or " sold " , we will email you instantly.Than you will have the option of accepting a similar item, or canceling the sale and receiving a refund through PayPal (if your payment has already been processed). We do not take backorders because some materials or colors are very rare and difficult to find.
" Out Of Stock " items will be back or not?
- It depends of materials availability and sometimes fashion trends. If you are interested in an item that is not showing as available anymore, please email us - we may be able to custom make a hat for you but not exactly as shown if fabrics not available.
Hat and head sizing?
- Before you order a hat please check your head size to make sure it fits.To do that use a flexible measuring tape, measure around your head above the ears, across the brow and around to the back( about 1/2 " above your ears).Add 1/2 " to the measurement and compare with the chart.
